The City of McPherson offers two housing incentives:

RCAP: Relocation Cash Assistance Payments Program

Established by the City of McPherson in 2018, RCAP is an incentive program providing cash at closing for non-residents wanting to buy a home and relocate to McPherson. Eligible applicants will receive payments from the City of McPherson relocation cash assistance program for an amount equal to, but not exceeding, their employer’s cash contribution.

NCHIP: New Construction Homebuyer Incentive Program

The City of McPherson established the New Construction Homebuyer Incentive Program (NCHIP) in 2013 to stimulate job growth, new home construction, home ownership and the local tax base.
